Once you finish your payment process, you will receive a confirmation on your submitted e-mail for successful payment. If you are paying for a product that has parts that offer online training or other service proposals after confirmation of successful payment you will receive an additional e-mail to schedule the online training session or to arrange to schedule the service. Satisfaction Guaranteed Refund Policy
We hope you will be completely satisfied with every product purchased from our website, but if for any reason you are not, simply fill free to ask for money to be returned into your account, for the purchased products. If you are not satisfied with your Centrium Tech LTD Academy purchase, you may return the purchased product within the first 14 days (in compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive) after you receive a validation e-mail, which guarantees that the transaction is successful. No returns or exchanges will be accepted or refunds granted following the initial 14 days from purchase. In this period you are able to see if the product satisfies your needs and expectations.
Return Processing
For online purchases, refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. The refund will include the price of the item(s) being returned along with any taxes charged on the merchandise. We will process your refund after we receive your e-mail asking to return purchased products from Centrium Tech LTD.
